Members of our Interact Club and other members from the CCVS Student Council, lead by our amazing Interact leaders, Azka Naz and Sumaiyah Saleek, put on an amazing, inspiring, informative and educational presentation to highlight International Women’s Day.
3 community leaders talked about women’s issues. The Rotarty Club of Cornwall-Sunrise member,Jennifer Deschamps, talked about their Go With the Flow project. A team of caring women make comfortable, user friendly femine hygiene kits for girls who experience period poverty in various countries. Our Rotary Club Advisor to the CCVS Interact Club, Linda Eamer, was in attendance and was so very proud of all the students who spent countless hours preparing this presentation to share with the students and staff at CCVS.
